A Unique Touch Solutions LLC was rebranded from my sole proprietorship business, A Unique Touch Notary - mobile notary public services, which I had started in 2019 here in North Carolina. I have always had a passion for legal studies and computers. I obtained my degree in Information Technology in 2004 and my Paralegal degree in 2016.

My work history, skills and experience stem from me holding positions starting from being a crew member at McDonald’s to a receptionist, a car detailer, cleaning buildings, volunteer work, I’ve been an Assistant Director, an assistant to multiple Head Management Leads within the same company at the same time, Asset Management and so much more; until my last position as an IT Asset Management Program Assistant. Not by personal choices, but by life’s lessons, working under multiple industries (Hospitality, Logistics, Corporate and the Government) has assisted with teaching me how to have strong and positive work ethics.

With over 30 years of work experience, what I understand is that having top-notch customer service skills is a must! Being able to communicate effectively; listen to understand what is needed and to accurately implement the request is just as important. Along with my training, education, and so much more, is how I always operated daily as an employee. Now that I have my Virtual Assistant business, it is now another avenue for me to show future customers and clients just how much I can be a valuable asset to their team, for a short or long time.
