Mobile Notary Services
General Notary Services that can be provided, but not limited to are:
Legal Documents - Affidavits, Depositions, Contracts, Court Documents
Personal Documents - Child Custody Agreements, Power of Attorney (POA), Healthcare directives, school related documents
Estate Planning - Wills, Trust, Financial POA
Vehicles & Vessels - Title transfers
Electronic Notarization services WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON CERTIFICATION RENEWAL
Remote Online Notarizations (RON) services WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON CERTIFICATION RENEWAL
By the North Carolina statute N.C.G.S. § 10B-31, the costs are as follows:
Traditional Paper Notarizations: $10.00 per principal signature for acknowledgments, jurats, verifications, or proofs.
Oaths or Affirmations (No Signature): $10.00 per person.
Electronic Notarizations: $15.00 per electronically notarized principal signature.
Remote Electronic Notarizations (RON): $25.00 per notarized principal
Due to the state administrative rule, specifically 18 NCAC 07D .0205, it is mandated that any travel fees must obtain written consent from the principal. Abiding by the IRS mileage rate for business travels in 2026, a fee of $0.76 will be charged per mile traveled. Before requesting to schedule notary services, please click the button to read the NC Notary Travel Fee Agreement to be aware of the rules AUTS will be following and information regarding a deposit fee.
