Mobile Notary Services

General Notary Services that can be provided, but not limited to are:

  • Legal Documents - Affidavits, Depositions, Contracts, Court Documents

  • Personal Documents - Child Custody Agreements, Power of Attorney (POA), Healthcare directives, school related documents

  • Estate Planning - Wills, Trust, Financial POA

  • Vehicles & Vessels - Title transfers

Remote Online Notarizations (RON) services WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE IMPLEMENTED BY THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA

By the North Carolina statute N.C.G.S. § 10B-31, the costs are as follows:

  • Traditional Paper Notarizations: $10.00 per principal signature for acknowledgments, jurats, verifications, or proofs.

  • Oaths or Affirmations (No Signature): $10.00 per person.

  • Electronic Notarizations: $15.00 per electronically notarized principal signature.

  • Remote Electronic Notarizations (RON): $25.00 per notarized principal

Due to the state administrative rule, specifically 18 NCAC 07D .0205, it is mandated that any travel fees must obtain written consent from the principal. Therefore, a Notary Travel Fee Agreement will also be forwarded for a signature of agreement. Abiding by the IRS mileage rate for business travels in 2026, a fee of $0.725 will be charged per mile traveled.

Packaged Options

PACKAGE OPTION 1
10 hours of VA services at $270 per month

PACKAGE OPTION 2
20 hours of VA services at $540 per month

PACKAGE OPTION 3
40 hours of VA services at $1,080 per month

Each package can either be contracted on a monthly basis, or multiple months at a time. Any hours that are outside of the contracted monthly amount, will be charged the normal rate of $28 per hour.
